Bolga East: Keep Dominic Ayine’s cash and cement; I’ll give you CHPS compound–Silas Amoah

The new Patriotic Party’s parliamentary candidate for the Bolgatanga East constituency in the Upper East Region has called on the people of the Zuarungu south electoral area to keep money and cement donated by the member of parliament for the constituency, Dr Dominic Akuritinga Ayine.

Mr. Isaac Azure presented fifty bags of cement to the community.

The member of parliament delegated some constituency executives under the leadership of the chairman, Mr. Isaac Azure to donate 50 bags of cement and a five thousand Ghana cedis to the people of Gonno in the Zuarungu South electoral area to complete a community-initiated CHPS compound.

Presenting the donations to the chief and people of Gonno, Mr Isaac Azure noted that the member of parliament for the asked them to deliver the fifty bags of cement and the five thousand Ghana cedis to them to complete their CHPS project. He added that the law maker is preparing to visit them himself.

However, the parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the Bolgatanga East constituency in an exclusive interview with Word fm in Zuarungu , told the people of Gonno to keep the cash and bags of cement donated by Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine because he would take over the project, complete and hand it over to the community.

Mathew Silas Amoah noted that the Gonno community is his next home due to family lineage, the reason he is taking over the project.

“I know that they are listening to me, the CHPS that they brought five thousand Ghana cedis and fifty bags of cement for, they should leave it ,i will come and take over the project, construct the CHPS, complete it and hand it over to them. I am their son, I am not going to give them cement and asked them to be contributing to finish the project, I will construct the CHPS for them because that is my uncle house. I am not doing this because of politics”.

The community embarked on the community-initiated CHPS compound facility with the aim of bringing health services closer to the people.
