Bolga Soe community, one of the power house of football in the Bolgatanga Municipality and the region could not make it to the final of the maiden Frafra Unity Inter-community soccer competition that has just ended.
They current champions of Plus One Sala Gala were beaten at the Semi-final by Tindongsolbigo on penalties. They went in to the competition without their tactical coach, Francis Bawumia known in football as “Markiya” who is also the assistant coach of the Berekum Chelsea who are in the GPL. Soe have produced good players who are playing in the region, Ghana and other countries.
Speaking to Word Sports arena Hon. Lambert Akunzebe who couldn’t concealed his joy over the performance of his team , though they lost their semi-final match.
