Naba Clifford disclosed that incidence of thieves stealing farm animals and cattle in particular from the community members is a worrying issue in the community.

“most often some of the community members wake up in the morning to realise that their farm animals have been taken away by thieves at night when they were asleep. So its a worrying issue for the community.”

He added that the absence of a police station or barrier on the road from navrongo to kologo to Naaga is partly to blame for the stealing in his area.

“ there is no police station or police barrier from Navrongo through to kologo to Naaga and that is the reason for some of these cases. If we had a police barrier on the road, it would have reduced these frequent stealing that we are facing.”
