Mr Stephen Yakubu Upper East Regional minister

Stephen Yakubu, who was the guest of honour arrived for the program at about 12:40 PM, when the time for arrival was supposed to be 9 AM thus making him the last person to arrive for the program.

Rev. Adombire was invited to offer prayer and as such bless the edifice could not understand why the regional minister kept them waiting.

“Because of one person, all the other persons has not done the right thing, so that we would start the program early, if we want our region, if we want our district to really, really grow, it is not our father, his excellency president Nana Akuffo Addo, His excellency the vice president Dr Mahmud Bawumia, it is we ourselves.

It is not our visitors who are present here, we those in Zuarungu here, we those who are in the region here, we are deceiving them. what is our attitude? So we have to take time and think deeply. We have taken others for granted, even the smallest, the one we think has no use is important, if after fifteen minutes the people who organize this program, they came and no one was there, how will you feel?”.
