
The Alliance for Gbani development, a youth group in the Talensi district of the Upper East Region has pledge their support for the newly installed chief of Gbani, Naab Zoarezug Tiibaalug Kumbangkpem.
Made up of relations of the four major clans of the Gbani community namely; Gbandan-yire, Paat-yire , Tasooh-yire and the Gban-Datok clans, the group is an embodiment of community.
They presented a picture frame of the chief , a royal walking stick and a giant umbrella to the chief at his palace in Gbani.
Mr. Baba, a leader of the youth group indicated that the youth from the four clans of the Gbani traditional area promised to offer the needed support towards the development of the Gbani traditional area.
Mr. Baba pleaded with the newly installed chief to unite the four clans to ensure peace , unity and development.

Naab Zoarezug Tiibaalug Kumbangkpem thank the youth for their kind gesture and pleaded with his contenders to support him served the people of Gban.
He noted that the youth in the area have been supportive to him since he was installed as the chief of Gbani. He expressed his happiness over how he was welcomed by his kinsmen when he travelled to the southern sector some months ago.
Naab promised to work closely with the youth and people within the four clans to bring development to the traditional area.
Naab pleaded with his follow contestant to rally behind him to bring peace and development.
He added that many chiefs have sat on the Gbani skin and gone, and that he will surely leave the skin one day. But added that the most important thing is to ensure peace and development.
