The Upper East regional branch of the National Democratic Congress has extended its condolences to the New Patriotic Party and its members for the death of Dr. Edward Naabil, the Upper East Regional NPP Director of Research and Elections at the Bolgatanga regional hospital.
“The NDC would like to extend its sympathies and condolences first of all; to his Parents,wife, the bereaved family and the NPP, the party he served until his demise for their painful lost.”
The Regional Communication Director of the NDC, Mr. Abdallah Jonathan in a press release said the death of Dr. Nabil came to them as a shock.
” The NDC in the Upper East Region yesterday, the 8th of March, 2023 received with shock and utter dismay the tragic news of the passing on of the NPP’s Upper East Regional Director of Research, Dr. Edward Naabil at the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital.”
The party added that the death of Dr. Nabil, who until his death was te Regional Director of research and elections and a lecturer at the Bolgatanga Technical University, is a loss to the NPP party and the Upper East Region. “His untimely exit is not only a big blow to his family and the NPP but to the people of the Upper East Region.”
Dr. Edward Naabil was taken to the Upper East Regional Hospital for medical care after being taken ill. He however passed on on Wednesday 8th March, 2023.
