Commissioner of Police (Rtd), Patrick Atampugbire Akolgo and Blue Sky Hotel in the Bolgatanga East District has thrown a new year kids party for kids in the Bolgatanga East District.
The annual new year event witness massive patronage where hundreds of kids from near and far thronged the Plus Blue Sky Hotel to enjoy delicious meals and drinks amidst live band music from Blues Live Band group. The kids enjoyed delicious meals including Banku, plain rice with stew, and jollof with varieties of meat and drinks.
The event also saw dignitaries including the Member of Parliament for the Bolgatanga East Constituency, Prof. Dominic Akuritingayine, The District Chief Executive of Bolgatanga East, Mr. David Amoah,Vandals of the University of Ghana and Old Students of Bawku Secondary School and other prominent members from the district and the region attending.
Patrons enjoyed themselves with great food drinks and music.
COP Patrick Atampugbire Akolgo (Rtd) used the occasion to donate a fully equipped ambulance to the Upper East Regional Hospital to cater for the emergency needs of the hospital.
