Recruit course 108 of the Navrongo Central Prisons in the Upper East Region joined their colleagues in other stations to celebrate their 10 year in the Service as officers of the Ghana Prison Service. The passed out on the 16th June, 2012 as officers, they are now Corporals in the ranking system.
As part of the celebration, the officers donated 6 benches to inmates of the Navrongo Central Prisons. The officers who are numbered 18 worned their 10th anniversary cloth.
The Regional Commander, ADP Abugrago Ibrahim Yakubu received the donation on behalf of the inmates, thanked the officers and asked them to work as a team always. He encouraged other courses to do same.
