Patronize made in Bolga Smock – King Ayinsoba

Albert Ayinsoba known in the music industry as King Ayinsoba was honoured by Action Citi Chapel International for his enormous contributions to the smock industry in the Upper East Region and Ghana as a whole. The General Overseer of Action Citi Chapel International in Bolgatanga, Evangelist Daniel Abeto Anamkina, said since King Ayinsoba introduced the Batakari festival in 2008, it has created uncountable number of jobs for widows and the youth in the Region. He said many of them are now engaged in weaving and sewing of smocks in the region. Evanglist Abeto praised King Ayinsoba for using the Koligo music to promote the smock to the rest of the world.

King Ayinsoba expressed his appreciation to Action Citi Chapel for recognizing his contributions to the local fabric industry in the region. He made a passionate appeal to Members of Parliament, Ministers, religious leaders and influential people in the region to wear the smock during their travels to other countries in order to promote it.
