The DCE also responded to requests from the Nania Electoral Area, including calls for a borehole, sheds, fencing, and the extension of electricity to the market.

He stated that such amenities are already considered in the Assembly’s budget appropriations, and assured the community that the needs of the market will be met step by step.

The President of the Paga Youth Movement, Wenawome Aborah, commended the DCE for acting positively on the long-standing demands of the people. He prayed that the gods and blessings of the area will help the market grow and flourish for the benefit of everyone who contributed to making the project a reality.

Mr. Aborah further explained that the matter was discussed long ago on the Paga Youth Movement platform, where members talked about the establishment of an animal market.
