The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama will begin a three day campaign tour of the Upper East Region from 22nd November,2020.
The former president will call on the on the Tongrana of the Talensi Traditional council at his palace in the Talemsi constituency. He will from there take his campaign to the Yamiriga Community where he will interact with electorates at Yamiriga (SHS E-Block).
The flagbearer will then pay a Courtesy call on chiefs and people of Nangodi in the Nabdam constituency and interact with electorates there.
John Mahama and the campaign team will take the campaign to Gambibgo in the Bolga East Constituency where he will pay a Courtesy call on chiefs and Interact with electorates at Gambibgo commnity SHS .
He will take his tour to the Bolga Central Constituency to interact with chiefs and people of Sirigu. and then hold Private meetings with identified groups and individuals to end day one.
John Mahama will Sympathize with the families of late Bishop Ayebo (Former Member of Council of State and Faisal Anaba (Former Upper East Deputy Regional Minister) in the Zebila constituency.
In Bawku, Mahama will pay a Courtesy call on Bawku Naaba and interact with electorates at Daduri and Widana, and Weriyanga in Pusuga and Tempani respectively.
The former pesident will hold a mini rally at Zebila and hold Private meeting with identified groups and individuals to end day two.
Day three will take the former president to the Western and central zones where he will pay curtersy calls on the Bongo Baba and the Chiana-Pio and their people.
He will also honour a Durbar of chiefs at the Catholic Social Center in Sirigu and Sympathize with the family of late the wife of the MP for Chiana-Paga Constituency, Hon. Rudolf Amenga-Etego at Kandiga
In Navrongo, Mahama will pay a courtesy call on the Navoro-Pio and interact with electorates there. The campaign team will make a stop at Chiana Senior High School to honour a Durbar of chiefs and interact with electorates at Chiana Senior High School.
He will from there stop at Sandema to interact with chiefs and electorates and Sympatize with late Sylvester Azantilow’s family.
Former president Mahama and the campaign team will climax his tour of the region on 25th November,2020 with a Durbar of chiefs and people of Fumbisi and Yagaba and Sympathize with late NobertAwulley’s family.
