Although there are 9 group members 7it is essential to distinguish between those who are dedicated and those who may not be fully engaged.
.Importance of Regular Meetings
Dr. Nawaane highlighted the necessity for the farmer groups to hold regular meetings. He encouraged members to expand their membership by making their groups attractive to potential new members, including those from different political backgrounds.
“Organize meetings regularly, collect small contributions, and register new members. If you are doing well, others will want to join. Don’t be hesitant to welcome newcomers, as their involvement can bring added value,” he advised.
He stressed that decisions to accept new members should be made collectively, ensuring everyone feels included as the group gradually grows stronger.
