A man belived to be in his 30s to 40s has been crushed to death down at the MTN round about in Bolgatanga.
The unfortunate incident occured on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
According to an eyewitness, the man whose name withheld, is a security man and a native of Gambigo in the Bolgatanga East District of the Upper East Region closed from night duty and was returning home on his bicycle was crushed by an articulated truck with registration number 11 KG 2988.
Narrating the incident to word news, the eyewitness was sceptical about the man’s survival consudering how the heavy vehicle sped over him.
The victim unfortunately passed on at the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital reulting from profused breeding.
Some residents bemoaned that, the dysfunctional traffic light system at the area has calimed two lives and called on the assembly to fixed the problem to avert further loss of lives.
