Milo Should have not been Sacked-Mr. Asabia.

A former director of the Winniba Sports College, Mr. Dominic Asabia Amongre argued that former Black Stars head coach, Milovan Rajevac should have been allowed to handle the Black Stars. He thinks that sacking Milo at this time will shatter the team’s psychological, emotional and confidence level for the world cup matches.

“I challenge any government official, sports administrator, coach, journalist and player to a debate that sacking Milo at this critical moment will be in the interest of Ghana football devolvement and promotion.

For administrative and economic reasons, and for good Coach,CAF and FIFA relationship, and for the rebuilding of the Black Stars,I think it is unwise to sack Milo at this critical moment.

His sack will shatter the team’s psychological, emotional and confidence level for the world cup matches. There is no local coach with the pedigree of Milo to step into his shoes at the moment.

His sack will further worsen the seed of discord between the stakeholders of football in the country.
With our recycled local coaches who enjoy little respect from our foreign players, I strongly believe that Milo is a better choice to rebuild the Black Stars which he did in the past”.
