“In this year’s event, we knew it was so crucial to us because the previous ones we had participated, but we didn’t complete, that means we didn’t really put much effort into it, so the strategy this year was that we were going to compete in all the disciplines and we were expecting that all the listed positions, we could emerge victorious. So, we ensured that we get the best of our union members to participate in almost all the disciplines. For example, when it came to cards playing, we have to bring our best player and we had the third position, in the football competition, Sandema Senior High School is noted for football, we knew we had a very good team, a formidable team which can definitely get the first position and we indeed took the first position, so we came in with a very good strategy”.
