Talensi :Daniel Dung Mahama organises a successful health screening

The parliamentary candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), for the Talensi constituency, has held a massive health screening exercise in honour of honorable BT Baba, the outgoing Member of Parliament and the late ambassador, John Akolgo Tiah who also was the longest serving MP of the constituency.

Daniel Dung, who prioritise the health needs of the people, encourged persons within the District to participate in the health screening in order to know their health status.

Mr. Daniel Dung Mahamma said the Talensi constituency has been for the opposition NDC and in any case, he doesn’t see the need for political parties to create division among people, but rather bring development to the people.

The first face of the health screening was held in the central part of the district at the St Theresa Gardens church in Tongo.

Mr Daniel Dung Mahamma opined that the health screening would be replicated in other parts of the district and charged on the constituents to be ready for their turn soon.

some of the beneficiaries lauded the aspirant for the gesture and also wished him well in all his endeavors. They assured him of victory come December 7.

The health workers who conducted the screening said it was a good initiative by the parliamentary candidate and also encouraged him to continue on this note if he wins power come December 7.
