Prophet Joseph Billa Pangolik, leader of the Amazing Power City International, Church based in the Bolgatanga municipality of the Upper East Region of Ghana, has shared a vision suggesting that the people of Bawku, who fled the township due to a long-standing chieftaincy conflict between the Mamprusis and the Kusasis, will soon return.

Speaking to the congregation during the crossover night prayers at Power City in Tindonseo, a suburb of Bolgatanga, Prophet Billa urged his church members to pray for the region. He revealed that he has witnessed, in the spiritual realm, the return of people who had relocated to areas such as Walewale, Navrongo, and Bolgatanga.
“I saw in a vision many people who left the eastern part of the Upper East Region returning to Bawku,” he stated. “I see them going back to Bawku again.”
While he expressed optimism about peace returning to Bawku, Prophet Billa noted that he did not foresee the establishment of a new region for the people of Bawku in 2025. The people of Kusaug have been requesting a separate region to manage their own affairs and receive a fair share of national resources.
“I didn’t see them getting a region in 2025, but I saw peace in Bawku in 2025. It might happen in other years, but I didn’t see them having the Kusaug region by then. I saw the people returning in peace,” he emphasized.
Furthermore, Prophet Billa prophesied that the chieftaincy conflict in Bolgatanga would also be resolved by the end of 2025, leading to the appointment of a substantive chief to represent the people.
“ Before the end of 2025, God has it for Bolgatanga, Bolgatanga too will have a chief , before the end of 2025 Bolgatanga will also have a chief ,let’s clap for Jesus it’s done” Prophet Joseph Billa .declared.
He also encouraged his church members to engage in serious farming and animal rearing this year, as he believes there will be blessings upon the land. He assured them that the droughts typically experienced during farming seasons would not occur, predicting a bumper harvest in 2025.
Additionally, Prophet Billa urged his congregation to work collaboratively rather than individually, noting that many did not succeed in 2024 due to solitary efforts. He advised them to cultivate strong relationships with others, suggesting that honoring those around them during special occasions—such as birthdays and naming ceremonies—would create support networks in challenging times. He emphasized that good relationships are more valuable than money, as they can open many doors in life.
